Old becomes new. Even the Kreuzberg salon with its vaulted ceiling has shaken off its old function as a stable, and now offers space for meetings and celebrations, or functions simply as a designer lounge for receptions, as a bar, a large historic office, or an artist’s studio. Equipped with a catering kitchen, toilets, sound system, projector and screen, the salon is prepared for any kind of meeting.

Above the Kreuzberg Salon, THE CONCEPT HOUSE offers space for new concepts. Two “spaces” invite companies, apartment seekers, students and employees alike to to establish themselves here.
With access to the roof terrace and large light-filled rooms, in these two apartments anyone can create their own individual “space”. With the help of modular room dividers, the two large spaces can be broken down into smaller units, therefore enabling them to be used in various ways. All spaces are of course fully equipped with a new bathroom, toilet and kitchen – as always with Pandomo Wall, but this time with top quality new floorboards.
