THE CONCEPT HOUSE has three bathrooms. The combination of the rough Pandomo walls with the glacier-white of Corian gives the bathrooms a very special atmosphere. A glass frontage to the library floods the main bathroom on the first floor with natural light: Bathing in the library.

Corian

From organic shapes to geometric accuracy – Corian is one of the most versatile materials of our time. Designers, architects and artists alike have learned to love the flexibility of this solid surface material, and use it to bring their visions to life.

Through its three-dimensional thermoforming, Corian is utilized both in the bathtub with its soft curves, as well as in the rectangular sink. “Glacier White” is a colour which warmly and brightly reflects the light, and so illuminates the room from several directions.

Another feature of Corian is its visually seamless finish: The kitchen counter seems to be comprised of a single plate of Corian, although it is 8.6 meters long, and could not have been manufactured that way.
